There are growing concerns for the welfare of a teenage girl who has been missing in Devon.

Liberty Hume, 14, was last seen at about midday today (Sunday March 29), and is believed to be in the Barnstaple area.
The teenager, who is from Barnstaple, is described as a white female who looks around 17, is 5ft 4in and has dyed red hair. She is covered in fake tattoos on her arms, and was last seen wearing a grey Blakley hoodie.
