Bundy-Gray reportedly yelled at the teenagers as the woman walked away, chastising their behavior. In response, the teenagers approached Bundy-Gray and started arguing with him, eventually becoming physical.
One of the teenagers, identified as Onyx Deligt, allegedly pulled out a handgun and shot five or six times. Deligt murdered Bundy-Gray in the shooting and struck his friend with a bullet, authorities said.
“He was still alive when the police got here,” said Bundy-Gray’s neighbor, Reese Wells. “We saw them checking for wounds and stuff, so knowing this happened and seeing him down and knowing that he’s gone – it doesn’t feel real. It’s very, very sad.”
