Orlando, FL — A 38-year-old Orange County woman is facing criminal mischief and grand theft equipment charges after allegedly operating a forklift through the cedar privacy fence of her ex-boyfriend’s Windermere home following the discovery that he had begun dating the woman who had been yelling motivational phrases at her every Tuesday and Thursday for fourteen months.
Tracey Dollins, 38, had been a loyal member of the 6am cycling class since the previous January. She had left a five-star review.
She found out about the relationship through Instagram on a Saturday. The fence came down on a Sunday.
According to the incident report what followed included:
A forklift reported missing from a construction site two blocks away at approximately 7am
One full section of cedar privacy fencing removed with what the responding officer described as surgical precision
A second pass through the yard that investigators say appeared to be structural commentary rather than accidental
A brief stop during which Tracey allegedly made eye contact with the ex-boyfriend through the kitchen window and then continued
A third pass that took out a decorative trellis witnesses described as unprovoked
The ex-boyfriend told officers he had not yet told Tracey about the relationship.
Instagram had told her first.
The spin instructor has cancelled all Tuesday classes pending the investigation. The forklift was recovered in the driveway.
The trellis was not recoverable.
